Jaguar will be unveiling their newest product, CLEAR kRM, based in .NET technology at Licensing International Expo 2009.
CLEAR kRM is the latest in contract rights management software and expands the industry-leading product into a
new service-oriented architecture with increased functionality and ease of use. CLEAR kRM will give users
unparalleled access to contract rights management and related information in a web-based, Microsoft Silverlight environment.
With the introduction of CLEAR kRM, Jaguar will also be making
available Clear Commence, a contract rights management product for companies with licensing businesses that are on a
smaller scale. Clear Commence will give those companies that typically cannot afford an enterprise-wide application
a powerful new way to support their licensing business. Clear Commence is a hosted, scaled-down version of CLEAR kRM,
making it a pure contract rights management tool, with the ability to scale up to CLEAR kRM should the business needs support it.
