Jaguar.lite is designed to be a simplified web interface to Jaguar’s System 7
Universal Rights Management. Jaguar.lite is initially focused on ease of use
required by Business Development professionals. Current capabilities include:
 Offer Sheet and Deal Advice capabilities supporting the creation of development
deals, talent agreements, rights acquisition and licensing sales.
Contract
Administration functions to ensure timely execution of agreements and
fulfillment of date and event-driven payment and performance obligations.
Asset
Status and Availability monitoring to assure that product and distribution roll
outs meet their objectives.
Performance of Collision testing to control
overselling of rights.
Single entry Address Book to track and communicate with
all parties of interest before, during and after agreements are put into force.
Connectivity to the full Jaguar System 7 licensing and participation systems
